My prime goal is to help as many people as possible develop a sense of confidence and physical capacity that they didn’t know was possible.
I want you to live life without fear of injury, weakness or the physical inability to pursue the life you want.
Growing up as a bit of a nerd, (still am) I discovered confidence in myself through combat sports, and lifting weights.
After being diagnosed with a deadly brain tumour, (which has thankfully been removed, twice now, hopefully for good) I decided that I wanted to spend my time helping people, and training and nutrition was my best path to doing so.
I have been a coach for more than half a decade, was a national representative in freestyle wrestling. I’ve dabbled in Brazilian jujitsu, muay thai, powerlifting, running, strongman, gymnastics and olympic weightlifting.
