I don’t post transformation pictures, I disagree with the notion that health and fitness have a start and finish date. I also think that these types of promotional materials select for superficial fitness qualities, as well as unhealthy relationships with both training, nutrition and self-image. While my approach wouldn’t be suggested by a marketing guru, its a moral choice that I have decided to stand by.

I couldn't do 1 pushup before Nathan's coaching. Now I can do 20 proper push ups off the floor with my nose touching the ground and a controlled movement. Another example of the progress I've made under Nathan is my body fat percentage has dropped from 30% a year and a half ago to about to go under 20% today.
